Our TPS development consists of software (customizable) used by our ATE to execute a stimulus and measurement in the Unit Under Test (UUT) and has the ability to respond as directed by the computer, in turn the test software analyzes the results for the measurements and determines the probable cause of failure.

The A25OO can be used in combination with the integrated ICFT Tester, accomplishing complete diagnostics testing to the level of In Circuit Functional Testing. Complete ICFT programs enable users to troubleshoot, identify and replace failure components in Circuit Card Assembly testing.
